Returns – Policy & Procedure
1. Feel free to return the item if it is not right for you.
2. Drop us an email and let us know the item has been shipped. We will confirm receipt of item when it is received and credit has been issued.
3. All returns must be received within 30 days of the original invoice date.
4. Tags must be attached and items must be in new condition to be eligible for credit.
5. Sorry, no returns for Sale or Clearance items. No exceptions, please.
6. Postage to return item is paid by customer.
7. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. We cannot refund an item that has been lost in transit.
8. We do not refund shipping fees.

Exchanges – Policy & Procedure
1. We will gladly exchange in item for you providing it is in stock at the time of request.
2. Drop us an email or telephone us so we can check inventory and put your items aside.
3. All exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original invoice date.
4. Tags must be attached and items must be in new condition to be eligible for exchange.
5. Sorry, no exchanges for Sale or Clearance items. No exceptions, please.
6. Postage to return item is paid by customer.
7. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. We cannot exchange items that have been lost in transit.
8. If you exchange your item for the identical style but different size we will pay shipping cost back to you.
9. If you exchange your items for something different, customer will pay shipping.
10. If we are not able to exchange your item because we are out of inventory, then we will credit your account.

Non-Refundable Items
1. Sale or Clearance items.
2. Merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged, or has had the price tag removed.

Product Photos & Descriptions
1. We do our best to describe and photograph as accurately as possible. Nuances of color and texture may occur. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be happy to provide a refund as outlined in our Return Policy & Procedure.

Shipping
1. We ship U.S. Priority Mail.
2. You will be notified when your item has shipped and a tracking number will be provided.
3. If you need an item quick, please give us a call or email and we will quote you options and pricing.
4. Once the package is in the hands of the Post Office, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments. Claims can be made via the U.S. Post Office however call us first. Sometimes we can help resolve problems.
